About the event

This course offers not only a strong foundation of knowledge, but hands on, interactive coaching of important skills that can be used in any outdoor, wilderness or remote setting.

Ask questions, handle equipment and start fires.

  • Clothing and Equipment Choices for Survival
  • Introduction to Psychology of Survival: Enemies of Survival,
  • Basic Fire Building
  • Introduction to Shelter Construction
  • Introduction to Water Procurement
  • Introduction to Food: Passive techniques for harvesting common plants and animals.
