Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Payment and Refund Policy PAYMENTS: (a) Payment by E-transfer: If you are paying by our preferred method (E-transfer) simply complete the Booking using pay"In Person". (b) By selecting "Pay in Person" you are agreeing to electronically send payment by E-transfer/ electronic payment to : (c) You understand that the E-transfer is due immediately upon booking and acknowledge that an email will be sent to you confirm the receipt of the E-transfer. (d) You understand that should the electronic payment not received, your booking will be cancelled by 8am the next business day. (e) An invoice for the balance will be emailed to clients following the receipt of their deposits. (f) Balance is due 14 BUSINESS DAYS before the start of your course. CANCELLATIONS: (a) Cancellations are requested two weeks or more of the start date will receive a full refund less a $30.00 admin fee. (b) If you need to cancel within two weeks, we will gladly re-book you/save a space on a future course. (c) Clients shall ensure that payment is made in full at 14 Calendar days PRIOR to commencement of the first day of training. (d) Clients who have arranged a payment schedule with our Admin team, shall ensure that payments are received by the start of class of the first day. (d) FACT First Aid Certification Training will not provide students with proof of certification, for example certification cards, until such time as their account balance has been paid in full. (e) Clients who NO-SHOW to a course and fail to contact FACT First Aid Certification training s prior to the commencement of the course will not be eligible for rescheduling in a future course at a future time.
